I grew up in my mother’s salon in suburban Pennsylvania. I loved to watch her work. Very quickly I became infatuated by not just the hairdressing, but the industry itself. Hairdressers hold the power to set trends, boost self esteem, and make strong, lasting connections. When I first entered the beauty world, I was not fully aware of the massive impact hairdressers have on society.
